My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location is amazing, right in the heart of town and near the event I was attending. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. The dining experience was quite disappointing due to the lack of Gluten Free options, which is not ideal in these modern times. Overall, a great stay with a few drawbacks.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a bath and a view, making my bedroom very cozy. The staff are very helpful and provided excellent customer service, even assisting us with getting a room on the 4th floor as requested. The location is superb, just a short walk from Cardiff Bay, surrounded by many eateries offering great breakfast deals.
